Late Night Opening Fridays

With immediate effect we are now opening until 8pm every Friday and so that you can relax and browse with ease we'll put a taste of something in your hand, such as this new South African red, Suikerbossie, which arrived today.

Named after an Africaan folk song - Sugar Bush - about true love and 'how when you're in love trivial matters such as the ability to bake bread or make a decent cup of tea are easily brushed aside'...

...all I know is that from the most unlikely mix of Pinotage and Petit Verdot (little known Bordeaux varietal) comes a soft, ripe red, with lovely red fruits, just a hint of spice and such smoooooooth tannins...
