A further two dates to put in your diary...
Friday 19th August we welcome Chris Mooney back to the shop in Leek where we'll be looking at a selection of wines from New Zealand.
Pictured is Agnes of Seifried in Nelson holding a bottle of the Sweet Agnes Riesling which we will be tasting alongside their Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir. We will also be showing wines from one of the top Hawke's Bay producers, Te Mata, whose reds are truly magnificent and whose Elston Chardonnay is widely recognised as one of New Zealand's greatest and most longlived.
On Thursday 29th September we welcome Neil Monyard to the Peak Weavers in Leek to host a gin tasting! New territory for us and details not yet finalised but we suspect this will be a popular event so wanted to at least get the date announced.
Tickets for the New Zealand tasting cost just £10 each (but remember we'll simply be standing in the shop for this one) and are available now.
